I purchase 4 jars of the Rich Cream and I’m unable to open the jars. The owner refuses to refund my order & suggested I put the product in a glass jar. The owner is obviously struggling because everyone knows that the first sign of a failed business is not seizing the opportunity to keep your customer base happy. When I buy a product, I’m not interested in being inconvenienced because the owner refuses to effectively source her packaging.
